摘要
通用航空涵盖第二、第三产业,对经济发展和消费升级都具有显著的带动效应,是资本、技术密集,关联度很高且产业链很长的产业,投资效益大,带动就业效应明显。与其他发达国家相比,我国通用航空领域发展相对缓慢。造成这种状况的原因有:我国通用航空市场不成熟,产业链不发达;通用航空投资成本高、回报周期长;通用航空产业技术和人才壁垒高。在分析通用航空产业链节点关系基础上探讨发展成熟的通用航空产业链路径,提出如下政策建议:一是紧密围绕需求构建及完善通用航空产业链;二是在通用航空产业链上促进航空制造与服务业深度融合;三是通过打造航空大数据平台,使供给和需求精密对接。
General aviation is capital,technology intensive,and a very high degree of relevance of the industry and Huge benefits of industrial investment. China ＇s industrial upgrading and upgrading of consumption should have a significant economic leading effect. General aviation industry chain is very long,Covering third second industry. Compared with other developed countries,the development of general aviation in China is relatively slow. This research mainly discusses the main factors which restrict the development of general aviation in China from the perspective of industry chain. Based on the analysis of the general aviation industry chain node relationship,this research discusses the development of the general aviation industry chain,To provide the theoretical basis and policy suggestions for our country to break through the bottleneck of the current development of general aviation.
