摘要
针对高校行政管理人才流失现象,以激励理论为基础,从人文的视角,提出建立契合高校行政管理特点的激励机制,将绩效考评与薪酬体系、职业发展激励紧密结合,促进人才实现自我价值,吸引、留住和用好人才,提升高校行政管理队伍素质和稳定性。
In view of the university administrative management brain drain phenomenon,based on the incentive theory,from the perspective of the humanities,proposed agree with the characteristics of university administrative management incentive mechanism,integrated performance evaluation,compensation system closely and professional development motivation,promoted the talent to realize self-worth,to attract,retain and use good talent,improve quality and stability of college administrative management team.
