摘要
糖尿病是一种常见的终身性疾病,近年来的发病呈现上升趋势,对糖尿病患者的护理一直医务工作者研究的课题。我院糖尿病科医务人员在对糖尿病患者进行常规护理的同时,把中医辨证思维引入护理实践中,深入研究中医护理与糖尿病患者康复关系,从生活起居、情志调节、饮食护理、针灸疗法等多方面出发,加强对患者的护理,提高了糖尿病患者的生活质量,避免了多种并发症的发生,收到了良好的效果。
Diabetes mellitus is a common and chronic lifelong disease,and the occurrence of diabetes mellitus shows an increasing trend in recent years. The nursing care of diabetic patients has always been a research topic of medical workers. The medical workers in our hospital regard TCM syndrome differentiation thought introduced in nursing practice. We made a thorough study of the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine nursing and rehabilitation of diabetic patients. Starting from living,emotion regulation,diet nursing and acupuncture therapy,we enhanced nursing,improved life quality of diabetic patients,and avoided the occurrence of many complications. The nursing methods achieved good effect in nursing care of diabetes.
