摘要
中医本科五年是一名中医医生培养的基础,传统教育方法介绍疾病定义、病理、临床表现、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗及预后,这种教学手法,让学生感到乏味、单调、缺乏生动。在今年中医妇科学习中老师引入病例导入式教学方法,极大提高了我们的逆向思维,提高了我们的临床实践能力,逐步形成中医辨证思维,充分体会到学生为主体,教师为主导的双边活动作用带来的学习乐趣。
The five-year undergraduate learning experience of traditional Chinese medicine is the foundation of a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine training. Traditional education method introduces definition, pathology, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and differential diagnosis,treatment and prognosis, this kind of teaching methods make students feel boring and lack of vivid. In this study the teacher introduced cases imported teaching methods, which greatly improved our reverse thinking, enhance our ability in clinical practice, and gradually form the Chinese dialectical thinking, to fully appreciate the student-centered, teacher-led bilateral activities action to bring the learning fun.
