摘要
目的探讨益气消痞汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法本次研究对象取2014年1月—2015年3月期间来我院就诊的192例慢性萎缩性胃炎病例,根据随机数字表法将其均分为对照组与观察组各96例,对照组给予摩罗丹,观察组采用益气消痞汤,观察两组中医证候积分改善情况、治疗总有效率,并对研究结果相关数据做统计学处理。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率更高,中医证候积分改善更优,组间差异显著而具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床治疗方案中,中药益气消痞汤可有效改善患者临床症状,具有良好的远期疗效,可逆转Hp感染以及胃黏膜萎缩等病理组织学分级,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Xiaopi decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of weakness of spleen and stomach type. Methods 192 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients from January 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected for the study,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and each group had 96 cases. The control group received Moluo Dan. The observation group was given soup Yiqi Xiaopi decoction. The improvement of medical symptom scores and treatment effects of the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed. Results Comparing with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,medical symptom scores improved better,and there was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Yiqi Xiaopi decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of weakness of spleen and stomach type can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,has good long-term effect,can reverse Hp infection and gastric atrophy histological grade,and it is worthy of wide application.
