美沙酮维持治疗中反复脱失入组人员和长期维持治疗人员的治疗动机及满意度的比较 被引量:3

STUDY ON THE TREATMENT MOTIVATION AND SATISFACTION BETWEEN THE RE-ENROLLED AND LONG-TERM PATIENTS IN METHADONE MAINTENANCE TREATMENT IN LIWAN DISTRICT OF GUANGZHOU

摘要 目的:探讨反复脱失入组的美沙酮维持治疗人员与长期维持治疗人员在治疗动机及满意度方面的差异。方法:在广州市荔湾区美沙酮门诊选取从2006年9月30日门诊开始运行至2014年6月30日前所有曾经接受治疗的反复脱失入组人员与维持治疗3年及以上的长期维持治疗患者为调查对象,采用《受治者动机调查问卷》和《受治者看法调查问卷》以及自行设计的《受治者满意度调查问卷》调查其治疗动机、对治疗满意度及看法,并对结果进行比较分析。结果:反复脱失入组人员的治疗动机、治疗满意度及看法总分值均显著低于对照组(t_1=-2.826,P_1=0.005;t_2=-2.538,P_2=0.012;t_3=-6.085,P3<0.001)。结论:反复脱失入组人员在治疗动机、满意度方面不如长期维持治疗人员,这些差异可能对其治疗依从性造成影响。 Objective:To analyze the differences of the treatment motivation,opinions on the treatment and satisfaction towards methadone maintenance treatment( MMT) between the re- enrolled MMT patients and long- term MMT patients.Methods:Patients were selected in the MMT clinic in Liwan district of Guangzhou from September 30 th,2006 to June 30 th,2014. All patients were grouped into re-enrolled group if he / she was ever re- enrolled in MMT,and long- term treatment group if he / she was maintained in treatment over three years. Questionnaires on the treatment of motivation,opinions on the treatment and satisfaction towards MMT were administered to the patients. The subjects were asked to complete the questionnaires by themselves. All scales and questionnaires had been tested and validated.Results:The scores of treatment motivation,opinion and satisfaction of the re- enrolled group were significantly lower than that of the control group( t1=- 2. 826,P1= 0. 005; t2=- 2. 538,P2= 0. 012;t3=- 6. 085,P3 0. 001).Conclusion:The re- enrolled MMT patients have lower motivation and satisfaction on MMT than the long- term treatment patients. The difference of treatment motivation,opinion and satisfaction towards MMT between the re- enrolled patients and the long- term treatment patients may influence the adherence of MMT.
