摘要
美沙酮为阿片类物质成瘾者带来了较好的疗效,是世界各国主要的戒毒药物。治疗依从性直接影响美沙酮维持治疗的效果,坚持的时间越长治疗效果才会越好。但高脱失率是美沙酮维持治疗的普遍现象,若该问题得不到有效解决,将阻碍美沙酮维持治疗的持续性发展。本文综述了近年来美沙酮维持治疗脱失影响因素的研究进展,从治疗前和治疗中两个层面总结出影响美沙酮维持治疗脱失的因素,并提出了相应的应对措施及建议。
Methadone has become a worldwide major drug detoxification, which has a curative effection on treating opioid drug abusers. As the compliance in methadone maintenance treatment(MMT) plays a direct impact on the treatment effect,the longer the better. But high dropout rate is a general phenomenon of MMT. If the problem was not effectively solved, it will hinder the sustainability of MMT. This paper summarizes factors associated with dropout in MMT by reviewing the related studies. It analyzes the determinants from pretreatment and treatment two levels, and suggestions on improving the retention rate of MMT are proposed.
