摘要 糖尿病伴随多种发病机理和并发症,已成为越来越流行的疾病,急需新型的治疗方法来达到稳定的治疗效果。通过检索近年来糖尿病治疗中的缓控释制剂的应用,总结归纳出目前应用较广泛的有多肽类药物、双胍类药物和磺脲类药物等,其微球、纳米粒、脂质体、渗透泵片等新剂型的应用可实现缓控释效果,提高药物的生物利用度,并有效地避免不必要的副作用。 The increasing prevalence,variable pathogenesis,and complications of diabetes emphasize the urgent need for new treatment strategies to achieve certain therapeutic effects. Peptides,biguanides and sulfonylureas of controlled release delivery systems in diabetes treatment were summed up in this paper by exploring recent relevant literatures. The application of microparticles,nanoparticles,liposome,osmotic pump tablet can successfully achieve a certain effect on sustained or controlled release of drugs while improving the bioavailability and effectively avoid unwanted side effects in the meantime.
