摘要
为了提高数控机床切削刀具的耐磨性,对数控机床切削刀具车削加工300M钢的磨损过程和磨损特征进行了观察和研究。结果表明,数控机床PCBN刀具随着切削时间的延长,磨损量呈现单调递增的趋势,整个切削过程中没有发生大块崩刃的现象;在正常磨损情况下,随着切削时间的延长,发生在数控机床切削刀具上的磨损主要为磨粒磨损,此外还有粘结磨损和氧化磨损特征。
The wear resistance of the CNC machine tool cutting tool in cutting process plays a very important role. The wear process and wear characteristics of 300M steel used for CNC machine cutting tools in high speed running were observed and studied. The results show that the wear amount of the PCBN cutting tools in CNC machine tools emerges in a monotonically increasing trend with the prolonging of cutting time. Large tipping phenomenon does not occur in the whole cutting process. Under the condition of normal wear, with the extension of cutting time, the wear characteristics of CNC machine cutting tools mainly is abrasive wear, in addition to adhesive wear and oxidation wear.
