摘要
研究了碳含量和硅含量对磨边机用钢力学性能和磨损性能的影响。结果表明,随着碳含量的增加,试验钢硬度和抗拉强度增加,冲击韧度、伸长率和断面收缩率均降低。随着硅含量的增加,试验钢的硬度几乎无变化,冲击韧度先增加而后降低,抗拉强度逐渐升高,伸长率和断面收缩率逐渐降低。随着碳含量和硅含量的增加,磨边机用钢的耐磨性均提高。
The effect of the carbon content and silicon content of the mechanical and wear properties of the steel used in edge grinding machine was investigated. The results show that the hardness and tensile strength of the steel increase with the increase of the carbon content, but impact toughness, elongation and reduction of area decrease. The hardness of the steel has little change with the increase of the silicon content, but impact toughness increases first and then decreases, the tensile strength increases and elongation and reduction of area decrease. The wear resistance of the steel increases with the increase of both carbon and silicon contents.
