摘要
带式输送机是输煤系统中的主要设备,具有运行可靠、结构简单、使用维护方便的特点。针对郭二庄煤矿二坑二采运输巷输送机设计问题,通过经济性和可行性研究,决定采用多点起伏双向输送皮带机,并介绍了设计过程中遇到的问题及防护措施。
Belt conveyor is the main equipment of coal transportation, with the advantages of reliable operation, simple structure and maintenance. Based on the design problem of transportation roadway belt conveyor in No. 2 pit of No. 2mining area of Guo＇erzhuang Mine, by the economy and feasibility study, the multiple ups and downs two-way belt conveyor was adopted, the problem in the design and prevention measures were introduced.
