摘要
以火麻籽为原料,经脱壳、膨化、钝化、压榨、脱胶、脱酸、脱色、脱蜡、脱臭处理后,再进行水蒸气蒸馏协同超声处理脱除火麻仁油中四氢大麻酚。结果表明:最佳钝化条件为乙醇体积分数95%,异丙醇体积分数85%,乙醇-异丙醇体积比2∶1,钝化时间1 h;最佳水蒸气蒸馏协同超声处理条件为油温170℃,绝对压力0.55 kPa,蒸汽通量40 g/(h·kg),蒸馏时间2 h,超声功率180 W,超声时间30 min,间隔时间15 min。在最佳工艺条件下,火麻仁油中四氢大麻酚含量降到4 mg/kg,与直接压榨所得火麻籽油相比脱除率达92%。
With hemp seed as raw material,the tetrahydrocannabinol was removed from hemp kernel oil by steam distillation combined with ultrasound treatment after dehulling,extrusion,deactivation,pressing,degumming,deacidification,bleaching,dewaxing and deodorization. The results showed that the optimal deactivation conditions were obtained as follows: respective volume fraction of ethanol and isopropanol 95% and 85%,volume ratio of ethanol to isopropanol 2 ∶ 1,deactivation time 1 h. The optimal steam distillation combined with ultrasound treatment conditions were obtained as follows: oil temperature170 ℃,absolute pressure 0. 55 k Pa,steam flux 40 g /( h·kg),distillation time 2 h,ultrasonic power180 W,ultrasonic time 30 min,interval time 15 min. Under these conditions,tetrahydrocannabinol content in hemp kernel oil decreased to 4 mg / kg. Compared with hemp seed oil obtained by direct pressing,the removal rate reached 92%.
