摘要
研究中华跌打丸的抗氧化作用。将昆明小鼠随机分组,高、中、低剂量组分别经口给予不同浓度(0.16g.ml-1、0.08g.ml-1、0.04g.ml-1)受试样品,空白对照组则给予同体积溶剂,连续给药30天后取血测抗氧化酶活力,次日给受试样品或溶剂1h后,用溴代苯油(0.32g.kg-1)造模致肝损伤,测肝组织抗氧化酶活力和过氧化脂质含量。受试样品高剂量组全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力显著高于空白对照组(p<0.01);各剂量组血清总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力显著高于空白对照组(p<0.01)。各剂量组肝组织过氧化脂质丙二醛(MDA)的含量显著低于模型对照组(p<0.01),高、中剂量组肝组织GSH-Px活力显著高于模型对照组(p<0.01)。结果显示中华跌打丸具有一定的抗氧化功能,对肝组织脂质过氧化损伤具有一定保护作用。
This paper investigates the protective effect of Zhonghua Dieda pills on anti-oxidation. 60 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, which included blank control group, model control group and three drug orally administrated groups (0.16g·ml^-1.、0.08g·ml^-1、0.04g·ml^-1 ). The activity of anti-oxidation enzyme in blood was tested for drug groups and blank control group after 30 days of consecutive drug or solvent giving. Experimental liver injury was induced by bormobenzene (0. 32g · kg^-1) on the 31st day in drug groups and model control group. Content of MDA and GSH-Px in liver homogenate were determined. Compared with blank control group, the high dosage group showed a significantly higher activity of GSH-Px (p〈0. 01) and each of the drug using group with a higher SOD activity (p〈0.01). While compared with the model group, the MDA content in each drug using group was significantly lower (p〈0. 01), high and medium dosage groups with a higher gested Zhonghua Dieda pill's some anti-oxidation function in liver. GSH-Px activity (p〈0.01). The results sugand protective effects from lipid peroxide injury in liver.
