摘要
为探索改底机在养殖过程中对养殖环境的影响。通过一个月的连续跟踪,定时监测试验塘与对照塘中无机氮、无机磷、藻类生物量及初级生产力来评估其对养殖环境的影响。结果表明,改底机能够使试验塘底泥氨氮含量下降27.5%,水体氨氮浓度下降28.6%,亚硝酸盐浓度下降45%,同时使水体无机磷浓度增加57.4%,藻类生物量增加50%。综合分析认为,改底机不仅能够降低池塘氨氮、亚硝酸盐,还能促进底泥释放氮、磷等营养物质,达到增加池塘藻类生物量与提高池塘初级生产力的目的。
This experiment demonstrated the effect of aquaculture-sediment-ameliorating machine(ASAM)in aquaculture. The experimental group and control group were settled in different fish ponds in Chengdu Tongwei Aquatic Science and Technology Park. Through a month of continuous tracking, the inorganic nitrogen,inorganic phosphorus, algal biomass and primary productivity in the ponds were monitored to evaluate the effects on water quality regularly. The turbidity and fish-activities were monitored to assess the impact of growth stress.The results showrd that ASAM not only reduced the ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen effectively, but also improved nitrate nitrogen and inorganic phosphorus in aquaculture water, and enhanced algal-biomass and primary productivity. It maked no influence on stress response of fish in the correct use of ASAM.
