摘要
基于电击防护原则,结合通用低压配电和电击防护标准,分析了现有安全技术规范对接地检验仅要求测量重复接地电阻存在的不科学之处,指出满足定检规的要求并不能达到电击防护的目的,提出应增加对接地故障回路阻抗的测量,以完善安全技术规范中对起重机械的接地要求。
Based on the lightning protection principle and the general-purpose low-voltage distribution and lightning protection standard,the paper analyzes some problems existing in the present safety specifications which only requires measuring repeated ground resistance for ground testing,points out that following the calibration specifications cannot meet the purpose of lightning protection,and presents that the impedance of the ground fault circuit should be measured to supplement the safety specification for the grounding requirement on hoisting machinery.
