摘要
对国家能源集团公司某煤矿井下使用的桥式起重机结构进行了分析,同时对桥式起重机的安装基础进行了详细介绍,最后通过建立空间力系的力学平衡方程分步骤地对桥式起重机基础的受力情况进行了力学分析,定量地分析出桥式起重机基础所承受的力并与基础中钻孔内混凝土的抗拉强度进行了比较和分析。研究为桥式起重机基础的设计和施工提供了科学依据和理论指导,保证了矿井的安全高效生产。
This paper analyzes the structure of the bridge crane used in a coal mine of National Energy Group Corporation,and introduces the installation foundation of the bridge crane in detail.Finally,by establishing the mechanical balance equation of the spatial force system,the mechanical analysis of the bridge crane foundation is carried out step by step,and the force borne by the bridge crane foundation is quantitatively analyzed,and the tensile strength of the concrete in the foundation is compared and analyzed.The research provides scientific basis and theoretical guidance for the design and construction of bridge crane foundation,and ensures the safe and efficient production of the mine.
