高校青年教师“教—研”综合能力培养的长效机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 "教—研"综合能力是指教师从事教学科研活动所表现出来的心理状态,包括认知能力和专门能力。随着高校发展进入转型期,青年教师数量及其比重不断增加,高校青年教师的教学水平和科研能力直接关系到高校人才培养的质量。研究高校青年教师"教—研"综合能力培养既符合高等教育发展的客观规律和高校专业发展的客观实际,也是提升高校教育质量的重要保证。针对高校青年教师水平不高、方法和手段欠缺等教学现状和数量不多、质量不高、考核效果不明显等科研现状,从专业指导、制度考评、长效激励和实施保障等方面提出提升高校青年教师"教—研"综合能力的长效培养机制。 The research-teaching comprehensive abilities refer to the mental state of teachers in teaching and scientific research activities,including cognitive abilities and special abilities. The development of colleges and universities has entered the transition period. The number and proportion of young teachers are increasing. The teaching level and scientific research abilities of college young teachers are directly related to the training quality of college personnel. Research on the comprehensive ability training of college young teachers is not only in line with the objective laws of higher education development and the objective reality of the professional development,but also is an important guarantee to improve the quality of college education. The teaching situation of young college teachers is that the teaching level is not high and teaching methods and means are lacking. The research situation is that the quantity and quality of scientific research are not high and the scientific research appraisal effect is not obvious. The long-term training mechanism of promoting research-teaching comprehensive abilities is proposed.
