摘要
高校学生会的研究已经成为高校教育管理研究的重要组成部分,本文认为,在进行该问题探讨时,应当充分考虑其定位、构成、运作及管理等理论问题,要在明确定位与职能的基础上,理清组织构成,规范运作监督,改善管理程序,只有这样才能使高校学生会真正成为高校管理中有效和长期坚持的机制。
The research on university student unions has become an important component of university education and management research. This paper holds that we should take full account of its positioning, composition, operation and management when exploring the issue, and also clarify the organization component,regulate the operation supervision and improve the management procedure based on a clear positioning and function. Only in this way can university student unions be an effective and long-term mechanism in university management.
