摘要
目的观察甲硝唑联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年5月至2015年7月在我院接受治疗的90例老年阴道炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。其中对照组患者仅使用甲硝唑进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合使用雌激素软膏治疗,治疗时间均为30 d。比较两组患者血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)和雌二醇指标变化情况,观察两组患者临床治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后体内雌激素水平与治疗前相比改善明显(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者血清FSH显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),雌二醇显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论甲硝唑结合雌激素软膏治疗老年阴道炎效果显著,能够明显改善患者体内雌激素水平,保护阴道黏膜,增强杀菌能力,同时也能在一定程度上降低复发率,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of metronidazole combined with estrogen ointment in treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods 90 senile vaginitis patients treated in our hospital from May 2014 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with metronidazole, the observation group was treated with estrogen ointment on the basis of control group, the treatment time of two groups was 30 d. The changes of serum follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） and estradiol were compared between two groups, the clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment, the levels of estrogen in two groups improved significantly （P 〈0.05）, and the serum FSH level of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）, the estradiol level of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Metronidazole combined with estrogen ointment has obvious effect in the treatment of senile vaginitis, and can significantly improve the level of estrogen in patients, protect the vaginal mucosa, enhance the bactericidal ability, reduce the recurrence rate to some extent, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application in clinic.
