摘要
目的 分析探讨血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平与高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的相关性。方法选取177例原发性高血压患者,均测量血压,检测血糖、血脂相关指标以及25(OH)D水平,用彩色多普勒超声测量颈动脉IMT。根据血清25(OH)D水平将患者分为A组(〈15 ng/m L,43例)、B组(15~29 ng/m L,84例)、C组(≥30 ng/m L,50例)。分析颈动脉IMT与血清25(OH)D水平的关系。结果 A、B组颈动脉IMT明显厚于C组(P〈0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,颈动脉IMT与高血压病程、糖尿病史、年龄、LDL-C呈正相关,与血清25(OH)D水平呈负相关,并且颈动脉IMT与25(OH)D独立相关(P〈0.05)。结论 血清25(OH)D水平降低是原发性高血压患者颈动脉IMT增加的独立危险因素。
Objective To analyze the correlation between serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D [25 (OH)D] level and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) in patients with hypertension. Methods 177 patients with primary hypertension were selected and given the detection of blood pressure, related indices of blood glucose and blood lipid and 25 (OH)D, the carotid IMT of patients was measured by color Doppler ultrasound. According to the level of serum 25(OH)D, the patients were divided into three groups: group A (〈15 ng/mL, 43 cases), group B (15 - 29 ng/mL, 84 cases), group C (≥30 ng/mL, 50 cases). The correlation between carotid IMT and serum 25(OH)D level was analyzed. Results The carotid IMT thicker in group A and group B than in group C (P〈0.05). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that carotid IMT was positively correlated with hypertension duration, history of diabetes mellitus, age and LDL-C, negatively correlated with serum 25 (OH)D, and carotid 1MT was independently correlated with serum 25 (OH)D (P 〈0.05). Conclusions The decrease of serum 25 (OH)D is an independent risk factor of the increase of carotid IMT in patients with primary hypertension.
