摘要
目的比较癌组织与正常组织中SOX4、BRMS-1、CYTB、P53表达的差异,了解乳腺癌与表达的关系.方法通过SYBR Green实时荧光定量PCR方法检测乳腺癌组织和正常乳腺组织中SOX4、BRMS-1的含量.结果 (1)SOX4和CYTB在乳腺癌组织中表达升高(P<0.05),而BRMS-1在乳腺癌组织中表达降低(P<0.05);(2)在癌组织中SOX4和BRMS-1的表达存在正相关关系(r=0.57,P<0.05);在正常组织中SOX4和CYTB的表达存在负相关关系(r=-0.64,P<0.05).结论SOX4在乳腺癌组织中处于高表达状态,并与BRMS-1和CYTB基因表达有关.
Objective To study the expression characteristics of SOX4, BRMS- 1, CYTB and P53 in breast cancer. Me thod We selected 35 patients with breast cancer and collected their cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue, used TRIzol to extract total RNA and real- time quantitative PCR to detect relative gene expression levels. Re s ults The relative expression levels of SOX4 and BRMS- 1 in cancer tissue were significantly higher than in adjacent normal tissue(P〈0.05). The relative expression levels of BRMS- 1 in cancer tissue were significantly lower than in adjacent normal tissue(P〈0.05).There was a significant correlation between the expression of SOX4 and BRMS- 1(r=0.57,P〈0.05) in cancer tissue and a significant negative correlation between the expression of SOX4 and CYTB in adjacent normal tissue(r=- 0.64,P〈0.05). Conclus ion The relative expression levels of SOX4 in cancer tissue are significantly high and have a significant correlation with BRMS- 1,CYTB in breast cancer.
