摘要
尽管旅游哲学研究兴趣已经出现十余年(据保守估计),但是关于旅游哲学到底是什么,我们还缺乏深入的理解。该研究从演绎、归纳与融合视角对旅游哲学的实质做了新的探讨,提出了广义和狭义两种见解。广义而言,旅游哲学是一个由5个层次组成的有机系统:内在精神、外在行为、直接结果、间接结果以及非专业感受。狭义而言,旅游哲学是该系统的局部性要素或者这些要素的非完全组合,而具体偏好因人而异。该研究倾向于将狭义旅游哲学理解为一种对智慧的探索活动。此种探索以旅游活动及其伴生现象的普遍、基本、整体状况为主要认识对象,以逻辑论证为主要认识方法,以获得具有根本、深刻、完整、规律等性质的信念为主要认识目的,以是否合理作为主要判断标准。该研究更系统、完整地廓清了旅游哲学的实质,拓展了其实际存在的范围与时间,提出了一些今后需要进一步探究的议题。
For a long time,tourism as a research field has been informed by a myriad of disciplinary inputs.Among such inputs,what is missing is philosophy—the very origin of all sciences we know today.This situations is odd,because philosophy remains an influential discipline（now in humanities）and has implicit yet powerful implications for all sciences including tourism.In recognizing this situation,a few researchers responded,around 2000（by a conservative estimation）,by initiating inspiring and brave explorations of ＂philosophy of tourism（PT）＂（i.e.a philosophical study of tourism）.The western scholars approached PT by investigating specific tourism phenomena with philosophical insights.In China,attempts have been made to conceptualize PT and identity its internal structure.Despite a more-than-ten-year interests,a sound understanding of PT is lacking hitherto.As such,this study aims to explore PT in a greater depth by adopting deductive,inductive and mixed approaches.The deductive approach conceptualizes PT by firstly clarifying the meanings of two core concepts involved,namely＂philosophy＂and＂tourism＂and then deducing the possible meanings of PT.The inductive approach,on the contrary,understands PT through studying how previous researchers have understood it.Both western and Chinese literature（especially books）is briefly reviewed.In the mixed approach,the author further discusses the possibility of creating a kind of PT that combines the deductive and inductive understandings.As a result,the mixed approach develops broad and narrow interpretations of PT.In broad terms,PT can be deemed as a system with five layers：（1）internal spirit（i.e.love of wisdom of tour and/or tour-related phenomena or alternatively deemed as the essence of PT）;（2）external action（i.e.seeking for such a wisdom）;（3）direct influence（i.e.the consequences of the questing,such as the knowledge system of PT including but not limited to nature of tourism,values in tourism,tourism ethics/morality,touris
