摘要
中医药是中华民族优秀文化宝库中的一颗璀璨的明珠.随着对中药质量要求的提高,中药质量标准体系的研究也在不断的发展过程中.HACCP体系作为一种以预防为主的质量控制方法,已经在很多领域得到了广泛的应用.本文针对中药的质量控制,指出了HACCP体系实施过程中的关键问题,并进行了分析,且给出了一些建议,旨为相关的研究和应用提供参考和借鉴.
The traditional Chinese medicine is the shining pearl in Chinese national history and culture. With the improvement of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine,the standardization and normalization of Chinese traditional medicine is also in the process of unceasing development. HACCP system,as a kind of quality control method focusing on preventing,has been widely used in many fields. Based on the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine,the key issues in the implementation of the HACCP system are proposed and analyzed in this paper. Also some suggestions are pointed out. The aim of this paper is to provide reference for relevant research and application.
