摘要
目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭患者血清可溶性血清基质裂解素(s ST2)水平与心力衰竭的相关性和临床意义。方法:选择33例慢性心力衰竭患者为心衰组,以同期住院的20例单纯高血压和心律失常患者为对照组。在常规检查的基础上,检测所有入选者血清s ST2和脑钠肽(BNP)水平,并行超声心动图检查;心衰组患者出院前复查血清s ST2水平。结果:心衰组患者治疗前、后血清s ST2和BNP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);心衰组治疗后的s ST2水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。心衰组患者血清s ST2水平与BNP水平、NYHA分级呈正相关关系(r=0.607、0.366,P<0.05),与LVEF呈负相关关系(r=-0.398,P<0.05)。结论:s ST2与慢性心衰患者心功能状态密切相关,能反映患者病情的严重程度,对心衰患者疗效和风险评估有借鉴意义。
Objective: To investigate the clinical signifi cance and correlations between serum soluble ST2(s ST2) level and chronic heart failure. Methods: 33 chronic heart failure patients were chosen as heart failure group, meanwhile 20 patients with hypertension or cardiac arrhythmias as control group. On the basis of routine examination, the serum s ST2 and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) level of all patients were detected, and performed ultrasonic cardiogram. The serum s ST2 level of patients in heart failure group were reviewed before discharge. Results: The serum s ST2 and BNP level of patients in heart failure group before and after treatment were all obviously higher than patients in control group(P〈0.05); Compared with that before treatment of patients in heart failure group, the serum s ST2 level after treatment declined obviously(P〈0.05). For heart failure patients, the serum s ST2 level was positively correlated with BNP level and NYHA classifi cation(r=0.607,0.366, P〈0.05), but negatively correlated with LVEF(r=-0.398, P〈0.05). Conclusions: s ST2 level is closely related to cardiac function of heart failure patients; So it can refl ect the severity of the disease, and is useful for evaluation of therapeutic effects and risk assessment.
