摘要
教师承担着教书育人、为社会主义建设培养"四有"新人的重任。纵观世界的发展,没有一个国家不重视教育的重大作用,而决定教育质量的主要力量就是教师的教学能力和职业道德素质。高校青年教师师德状况总体上是好的,但也出现了一些需要关注的师德滑坡现象。针对当前高校青年教师师德状况及存在的主要问题,提出了新时期高校加强青年教师师德建设的措施,以促进高校青年教师师德水平的提升。
Besides teaching, college teachers bear the burden to cultivate the best talents for socialist construction. All countries attach importance to education throughout the development of the world. Teachers＇ teaching ability and professional ethics quality determines the quality of education. Young college teacher＇s ethics condition is good, but there existed some ethics landslide phenomenon. In view of the current situation and main problems, the article puts forward the measures of strengthening moral construction of young college teachers in the new period, promoting the level of moral standards.
