摘要
本文提出了加强新建本科高校青年教师师德师风建设的重要性,剖析了当前新建本科高校青年教师师德师风建设存在的问题及其原因,探讨提出了加强新建本科高校青年教师师德师风建设的对策。
This paper proposes strengthening the construction of self-recognition of the morality and the style of the young teachers in new undergraduate Colleges.And it also analyses the problems and its reasons in the process of the construction.Finally the paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the construction of the morality and the style of the young teachers＇ in new undergraduate Colleges.
