预防性回肠造口在低位直肠癌中的应用 被引量：42

摘要 结直肠癌是世界范围内的常见恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率和死亡率均位居恶性肿瘤的第3位，而直肠癌占其总发病率的60％-70％。采用齿状线对直肠进行分段．可以将直肠分为上、中、下三段：距齿状线〈5cm为下段直肠，距齿状线5～10cm为中段直肠，距齿状线〉10cm为上段直肠，低位吻合就是吻合位置在齿状线上方2～5cm处．超低位吻合定义为吻合位置在齿状线至其上方〈2cm。
