Application of ADAMS in the Optimization Design of Automobile Double Cross Shaft Universal Joint Steering Transmission System

摘要 针对汽车双十字轴万向节转向传动系统硬点布置对转向系统会产生转速波动的问题,研究了硬点的布置如何保证万向节等速传动,并以某车型的双十字轴万向节传动系统结构优化为例,利用ADAMS/view软件建立双十字轴万向节传动机构的参数化动力学模型,将结构中各个可变的变量作为设计变量,以中间轴与输入轴、输出轴的轴间角不小于155°为约束条件,以中间轴与主、从动轴的轴间角的角度差作为优化目标,并通过转向中间轴相位角的设定,可以获得最佳的双十字轴万向节转向传动系统硬点布置方案,使转向传动系统无波动。 Aiming at the problem of speed fluctuation caused by the hard dot arrangement of the automobile double cross shaft universal joint steering system,the layout of hard spot how to ensure universal constant velocity transmission is studied,and taking the double cross shaft universal joint transmission structural optimization of a car as example,by using ADAMS / view software,the parametric dynamics model of double cross shaft universal joint transmission mechanism is built.Taking the variable in structure as design variable,taking the interaxial angle between intermediate shaft and the input shaft,the output shaft is not less than 155° as constraint condition,taking the angular difference of interaxial angle between intermediate shaft and the driving,driven shaft as the optimization target,and setting the steering intermediate shaft phase angle,the best hard spot layout program of double cross shaft universal joint steering system is acquired,and the steering transmission without fluctuation.
