摘要
根据汽车主减速器的结构和传动性能检测要求,分析了主减速器在运行过程中产生的各种噪声及其原因,依据噪声辐射与振动的关系,分析该振动信号所携带主减速器运行的各种信息。使用工控机在线对主减速器壳振动信号进行采集,提出一种以LabVIEW技术为基础,采用时域和频域两种分析方法对信号进行处理,通过提取混合特征识别主减速器故障的方法。实验表明了该方法的有效性。
Based on the configuration and the detection demand for transmission performance of automotive final drive,the noise signal from the automotive final reducer is discussed.The reducer shell vibration,which is the source radiating noise for manual evaluation,is related to the transmission character.A fault identification method based on Lab VIEW technology is proposed to process the vibration signal both in time domain and frequency domain after the vibration signal is acquired on line with the industrial control computer.The method can detect fault of automotive final by reducer the mixing characteristics.Validity of the method has been proved by the experiment.
