摘要
对绝缘材料做热老化实验确定热寿命方程,通过统计的方法确定等效环境温度,计算出额定载流量,进一步计算出不同负载因数下的电缆导体温度,将不同的导体温度分别带入热老化寿命方程确定电缆的热老化寿命,从而计算出不同负载因数下的电缆热老化寿命,对核电站实际运行情况下的电缆老化管理具有现实指导意义。
This article made a thermal aging experiments of insulating material to evaluate residual life,discussed the effectiveness of the aging life equation,researched cable core temperature distribution,calculated cable core temperature under different load,decided the residual life of the cable combined with the cable aging life equation.This article had a reality guiding sense on cable aging management of nuclear power plant under different aging conditions.
