摘要
本文设计并实现了农业实用技术电话咨询软件系统,该系统集成了光盘技术和电话语音技术,构建了一个通用语音服务平台,对推动农业信息服务有积极的意义。
s: This paper design and realize a consultation system of agriculture practical technology based on telephone.. The CD-ROM technology and telephone voice technology is integrated by this system. A general tools of telephone voice service is constructed. It has the positive meaning to pushes forward the agriculture information service .
