以语音服务为主要手段采集农村信息,通过Web后台服务来整理、分类综合和分析审核,利用信息通信技术构建农村信息服务、市场营销平台,解决农村网络发展速度、网上捕捉信息能力的问题,实现跨地区农村综合信息服务和农村资源调度和交流。
Gathers the countryside information by taking the pronunciation service as the main method,reorganizes and analyzes the verification of classification through the Web backstage service.the countryside information service and the market marketing platform will be synthesized and constructed by using the information communication to improve countryside network development speed and the information ability of catching the information on the Net.Then the trans-regional countryside synthesis information service and the countryside scheduling of resources and the exchange will be realized.
