摘要
针对铁路轴承再制造企业产能不足问题,综合应用瓶颈理论与工业工程技术方法,建立产能分析模型,识别瓶颈资源,优化了生产流程与人员配置方式,提出了挖掘瓶颈和打破瓶颈2种投入少、见效快的产能提升方案。经应用分析可知,2种方案均可提高生产效率和经济效益,打破瓶颈的方案取得的效益更大。
Aiming at the shortage problem of capacity in railway bearing remanufacturing enterprise, the TOC theory and IE methods are comprehensively applied to build capacity analysis model. The bottleneck resources are identified, and the production process and staffing are optimized. Two capacity improvement schemes are put forward, namely mining bottle- neck and breaking bottleneck, which feature small investment and quick effect. The application analysis shows that two schemes improve production efficiency and economic benefit, and the scheme of breaking bottleneck gains more benefit.
