摘要
以自由锻企业生产计划管理为研究对象,基于OPT理论构建了DBR(Drum-Buffer-Rope)系统,研究了OPT理论应用可行性、瓶颈识别、DBR系统结构,以及"前拉/后推"的计划方法、瓶颈环节的作业计划编排。介绍了生产管理系统的体系结构,该系统在企业运行良好,有效降低了生产计划编排的难度,保证了瓶颈环节设备的高利用率,维护了生产稳定。
Taking production planning management of forging enterprises as research object,a DBR(Drum-Buffer-Rope) system was constructed based on OPT theory.The application feasibility of OPT theory,bottlenecks recognition,the structure of DBR system,push/pull planning methods and job planning methods of bottlenecks were mainly studied.Finally,the structure of production planning management system was introduced.The system functions well in forging enterprise,which results in a more convenient production planning,higher utilization of bottlenecks equipment and production stability.
