摘要
以四川汶川县七盘沟泥石流为研究对象,综合刘希林模型中危险性和易损性评价因子并总结因子提取方法,基于无人机高分影像进行灾区评价因子信息提取,并采用经典的风险性评价模型,设计了基于无人机高分影像的风险评价流程,开展了风险性评价与分析试验。研究结果评估出此次泥石流危险度、易损度和风险度分别为0.66、0.73和0.48,均属于高度危险范围。实验结果表明所提出的方法有效进行了七盘沟泥石流风险评估,可为泥石流灾害的应急决策、风险评估和预警治理提供重要及时的参考依据。
Due to its sudden happening,complex internal substances,fast flow rate and other characteristics,debris flow causes great loss in the area along the line. Thus,it is very significant to do research on risk assessment of debris flow and provide reference for the disaster warning and control. This paper firstly chooses Qipangou debris flow as the research object. Then assessment factors in Liu Xilin model were selected to synthesize and summarize factor extraction method. High resolution UAV( unmanned aerial vehicle) images were used to extract assessment factors in disaster area. Meantime,a classical risk assessment model was used to design a risk assessment flow based on UAV images. Finally,risk assessment and analysis experiments were carried out. Debris flow hazard,vulnerability and risk degree were 0. 66,0. 73 and 0. 48 respectively,which were highly dangerous. The experimental results show that the proposed method in this paper can be effectively for risk assessment of Qipangou debris flow which can provide important and timely reference for emergency decision and early warning management of debris flow disasters.
