摘要
[目的]观察布拉氏酵母菌联合维生素D治疗炎症性肠病的临床疗效及炎症因子的变化。[方法]将90例炎症性肠病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组用布拉氏酵母菌1.0g/次,bid,餐后服用。观察组在对照组基础上联合口服维生素D800Iu/d,治疗20d,停10d,为一疗程,共2个疗程。观察并比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎症因子水平变化,结肠镜检查结果及不良反应。[结果]观察组总有效率为91.11%,明显优于对照组的64.44%(P<0.01);治疗前2组均表现高TNF-α、IL-17和低IL-4、IL-10。治疗后2组均得到改善,但组间比较治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。不良反应发生率观察组4例(8.89%),对照组7例(15.56%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]布拉氏酵母菌联合维生素D治疗炎症性肠病可获得良好的临床疗效,可能的机制与布拉氏酵母菌和维生素D能调节患者炎症因子水平有关。
[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with vitamin D in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease And the changes of inflammatory factors.[Methods]90cases of patients with inflammatory bowel disease,were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 45 cases.The control group was given Saccharomyces boulardii 1.0/,bid,pc.Meanwhile the observation group was given Saccharomyces boulardii 1.0/,bid,pc,combined with oral vitamin D800Iu/d treatment for 20 days,and then temporarily discontinued the drugs for 10 days.Each course lasted 30 days.After 2courses The clinical efficacy of the two groups,the level of serum inflammatory factors in the treatment before and after the treatment,colonoscopy results and adverse reactions were observed and compared.[Results]The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group for 64.44%(P〈0.01);Before the treatment,the two groups appeared as high TNF-α,IL-17 and Low IL-4,IL-10.And after the treatment,the conditions were improved,while the condition of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P〈0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions was observed in 4patients(8.89%)in the observation group,and 7patients in control group(15.56%),the difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05).The model of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with vitamin D is effective in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease,And the possible mechanism may be related to the regulation of Saccharomycesboulardii and vitamin D on the level of inflammatory factors in patients.
