根据新形势下医院信息化发展趋势与需求,结合多年医院信息系统建设经验,通过课题研究,撰写了医院信息系统功能规范。重点描述了关于功能规范研究编制的背景、需求、目标及编制思路、原则、内容,使读者对新形势下医院信息化发展的特点及需求有充分了解,便于更好地推进医院信息系统建设。
According to the development trend and demand of hospital informatization under the new situation, combined with many years of experience in construction of hospital information system, through the subject study, the functional specifications of hospital information system were written. The background, demand, objectives and ideas, principles and content of study and formulation of functional specifications were mainly described, so that the reader could fully understand characteristics and demands of hospital infonnatization development under the new situation, and the construction of hospital information system could be promoted better.
