摘要
在区域居民健康档案网络平台建设的基础上,区域内的各级医疗机构发挥各自优势,建立对肿瘤等慢性疾病进行临床诊疗协同系统。在系统中由资深三级医院专家制定规范详尽的诊疗计划,各级医疗机构分级执行并反馈,使病员得到优质、低价和便捷的诊疗服务。系统集成各医疗机构的共享诊疗信息,可以制定病种多路径的含诊疗规范和知识库的医生工作站。对非标准化的采集数据采用HBI集成平台进行转化集成,对计划诊疗医嘱进行推送和结果反馈,提供临床的规范化诊疗路径医嘱和执行医院的选择提示,可以进行病员诊疗计划的检查修订、预约转诊、预约检查、视频会诊等服务。
Based on the platform of the regional public health information network, all the hospitals of different grade level play their own important rolls. We established a clinical cancer diagnosis and treatment cooperative system. The system allows the experienced experts in the higher level hospital to make and standardize the diagnosis and detailed treatment plans, and doctors in all grade level hospitals to execute the orders and return the feedback all together. Therefore the patients in this area may have the high-quality, convenient treatment service at low cost. The system integrates all medical institutions in the area to share treatment information. The workstations help the doctors to develop multi-path diagnosis and standardized treatments plans with knowledge based. As to the non-standardized collection data, it will be integrated by HBI platform. The orders and feedback will be pushed and received in the system. Also it provides the standardization of clinical treatment paths and medical suggestions to support great medical services. Reviewing, modification, reservation, consultation, video telemedicine conference are all supported in the system.
