摘要
在植物感受外界环境变化和对各种胁迫产生应答反应的过程中,转录因子是必不可少的一个环节,但是其中很多重要的成员和功能还不清楚.OsNAC2是NAC转录因子家族的一个成员,它的表达受到ABA和几种非生物胁迫的强烈诱导,如干旱和高盐.通过构建OsNAC2的过表达和RNAi株系,连同野生型共同评价OsNAC2的生物学功能.在营养生长时期,与野生型相比,过表达株系对干旱和高盐更加敏感.相反地,RNAi株系则表现更好的干旱和高盐抗性.通过芯片数据分析,发现在OsNAC2过表达植株中,许多胁迫相关基因的表达量均下调.这些结果说明OsNAC2负调控水稻的非生物胁迫反应,并且可能是ABA依赖通路中的一个重要因子.
Transcription factors are essential parts of the response process which plants perceive environment changes and external stresses,but the roles of many important factors remain unclear.OsNAC2 is a member of the NAC transcription factor family and is strongly induced in rice by abscisic acid(ABA)and some abiotic stresses,such as drought and high salt.We used OsNAC2 overexpression line,RNAi line,and the wild type to investigate the function of OsNAC2.The OsNAC2 overexpression line showed lower high salt and drought resistance,compared with the wild type.Conversely,the RNAi plants showed enhanced tolerance in high salinity and drought stress at the vegetative stages.Moreover,the overexpression plants were more sensitive under ABA treatment.Using our microarray expression data,we found that many stress-related genes were down-regulated in the OsNAC2 overexpression line.Our results suggested that OsNAC2 negatively regulated rice abiotic stress reactions,and might occupy an important role in ABA-dependent pathways.
