管式间接蒸发冷却器换热效率的推理和分析

Reasoning and Analysis of Heat Transfer Efficiency of Tubular Indirect Evaporative Cooler

摘要 结合管式间接蒸发冷却器数学模型分析,得出间接蒸发冷却器一次空气的换热效率εp、一次空气的对流换热系数αp、二次空气与水膜的热湿交换效率εs和二次空气的对流传质系数σs,并经过推理和分析得出一种适用于工程实践的间接蒸发冷却器效率E的计算公式,为管式间接蒸发冷却器的理论研究和实际应用计算提供依据。 Based on the analysis of indirect evaporative cooler tube mathematical model, indirect evaporative cooler primary air heat exchanger efficiency εp, convective heat transfer coefficient of air σp. secondary air and water film heat and moisture exchange efficiency ε1 and secondary air convective mass transfer coefficient σs were gotten. Through reasoning and analysis of results, a calculation formula applicable to engineering practice indirect evaporative cooler efficiency E was brought out, which provides a basis for the theory of indirect evaporative cooler tube and the practical application of computing.
