摘要
高职院校生源的多样化,分层次教学就成为必然选择。分层次教学在实施中存在着如何分层,以及学生、教师等对分层次抵触等诸多困难。依据学生的入学水平、未来发展要求对学生进行了分层,不同层次的学生有恰当的学习目标,教学实验取得了不错的成绩,同时也对分层次教学提出了更高的期望。
It is an inevitable choice for higher vocational colleges because the diversification of students.There are some difficulties for example how to adopt the multi-level teaching and the against of students and their parents. According to the requirements of students' entry level and future development of students stratification, different levels of students have appropriate learning goals, teaching experiment has achieved good results, but put forward higher expectations.
