摘要
利用浮选机探索捕收剂与起泡剂用量对粉煤灰浮选脱炭的影响,并确定最佳药剂用量,在浮选机药剂用量的基础上,研究泡沫层厚度和循环压力对旋流静态微泡浮选柱脱炭效果的影响。
The conventional flotation machine was used to investigate the effect of dosage of collecting agent and frothing agent on removal rate of unburned carbon(RUC) and to determine optimum dosage of reagents. On the basis of using the optimized flotation reagent which is sample with flotation machine, the effect of foam layer height of cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column and circulating pressure on removal rate of unburned carbon was studied.
