摘要
浮选柱气含率大小是决定浮选柱回收能力和分选效果的重要参数之一.探讨了旋流-静态微泡浮选柱气含率在轴向的分布及其影响因素.研究了筛板充填浮选柱的气含率,结果表明:气含率在清水且不加起泡剂的浮选柱内的轴向分布不均匀,由于气泡的兼并和破裂呈现上部低、下部高的趋势.筛板充填浮选柱的气含率随着循环量的增大先增后减,当循环量为720 L/h时,平均气含率达到最大值29.6%;之后,随着给料速度的增大而略有减小;同时,随着筛板数量的增多先增后减,当筛板充填层数为7块时达到最大值.
The gas content in the column flotation is one of the key parameters to determine the recovery capacity andseparation efficiency of flotation column. The axial distribution and influencing factors of the gas content in a cyclonic-static microbubble flotation column were studied. The results show that the gas content distribution in the axial direction is not uniform in the water without the foaming agent. Because of the merger and burst of the bubbles, the gas content is lower in the upside and higher in the underside of the column. The gas content of sieve packing flotation column increases firstly and then decreases with the increasing of circulating capacity. When the circulating capacity was increased to 720 L/h, the maximum of 29.6% of gas content was achieved. The gas content decreases slightly with the increasing of feed capacity, and increases firstly and then decreases with the increasing of the sieve plate number. The maximum of gas content was achieved when the number of sieve plate number is seven.
