摘要
目的研究肛裂切除术与纵切横缝术治疗肛裂的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的60例肛裂患者,随机分成2组。30例为对照组,采用肛裂切除术治疗;30例为观察组,应用纵切横缝手术治疗。统计比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛等级评分以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量以及术后的疼痛程度均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症的发生率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛裂切除术与纵切横缝术治疗肛裂在并发症、手术时间、出血量以及患者疼痛程度上各有优劣,应根据患者实际病情加以灵活应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of excision of anal fissure and longitudinal incision and transverse suture in the treatment of anal fissure. Methods Selected 60 patients with anal fissure in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the control group received the excision of anal fissure, 30 cases in the observation group received the longitudinal incision and transverse suture surgical treatment. The operation time, blood loss, postoperative pain score and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results In the observation group, patients＇ operative time, bleeding volume and the level of postoperative pain were less than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The rate of postoperative complications of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Excision of anal fissure and longitudinal contraction joints in the treatment of anal fissure have their own strengths and weaknesses regarding to the rate of complications, operative time, the volume of blood loss and the degree of pain. It is necessary to choose proper method according to the principle of appropriate medical care in the diagnosis.
