摘要
目的探讨改良纵切横缝术在治疗慢性肛裂中的临床疗效。方法将100例慢性肛裂患者,随机分为两组,治疗组50例采用改良纵切横缝术治疗,对照组50例采用传统肛裂切除术治疗。结果对照组与治疗组在愈合时间、术后并发症以及复发率方面有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论改良纵切横缝术是治疗慢性肛裂的有效方法。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efect of modified longitudinally section transverse suture operation on chronic anal fissure.Methods 100 patients with chronic anal fissure were divided randomizedly into two groups.50 cases in treatment group were treated with modified longitudinally section transverse suture operation and 50 cases in control group with conventional anal fissure surgery.Results There were significant differences in healing time,postoperative complications and recurrence rate between the two groups.Conclusion Results showed that this operation is an effective operation to chronic anal fissure.
