摘要
本文报道了弓形虫NT强毒虫株,经紫外线全暴露垂直连续照射,通过细胞致弱培养筛选出抗辐射变异虫株NTA-Ⅱ系。本虫对猪、兔和小鼠的毒力均明显减弱。猪安全试验116头,21头出现弱反应,占18.1%,无重病或死亡;非带虫免疫试验36头,连续测至128天,均未查到虫体的包囊。用含虫数10~5/ml弱毒虫苗每头猪接种1ml,6个月免疫力保护为100%。
A radioresistantly attenuated strain of Toxoplasma gondii designated as NTA-Ⅲ was cultivated through cell cultures of a virulent strain NT exposed to direct ultraviolet ray. The virulence of the strain NTA-Ⅲ has been markedly attenuated for pigs, rabbits and mice. For safety test ,116 pigs were employed, in which 21 pigs (18. 1 % ) showed mild reaction but without severe sickness or death.Thirty-six pigs were used for parasite carrier test, no tox-oplasma or its cysts were detected in a period of 128 days. All of the pigs, each being inoculated with 1 ml containing 105 parasites, acquired an immunity that lasted 6 months.
