摘要
南京威尼斯水城住宅T 2楼存在B级高度超限、扭转不规则等问题,属于特别复杂的高层建筑结构,给结构设计带来了一定困难。结合抗震规范要求,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,对主体结构进行了小震弹性抗震分析,对构件配筋进行了中震弹性、中震不屈服和大震弹塑性抗震分析。分析结果表明,在地震作用下,主体结构具备较好的承载和变形能力,对同类工程具有一定的参考价值。
The residential building T2 of the water city Venice in Nanjing is a complex high-rise structure with out-of-code items of Blevel height and torsion irregularity,which brings great difficulties to the structural design. Combined with requirements of seismic design code,elastic analysis under the rare earthquake was carried out on the main structure in detail using the performance-based seismic design method. Analysis results show that the main structure has well bearing capacity and deformation ability under the earthquake,which may be useful for the similar projects.
