摘要
广州林和村改造项目B5塔楼结构高度144.2m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,高度超B级且平面不规则,属于复杂超限结构。采用抗震性能化设计方法,对主体结构进行小震、中震弹性计算及大震弹塑性时程分析,结果表明各项结果均满足规范要求,结构整体及关键构件的抗震性能均达到预期目标,在满足建筑功能及经济合理的条件下具有良好的抗震性能。
Tower B5 of Linhe Village is a 144.2m tall residential building with frame-shearwall system. It belongs to complex structure because of the exceeding Class B height and irregular plan layout. Using seismic performance design method,elastic analysis under frequently occurred earthquake and fortification earthquake,and elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rarely occurred earthquake has made.All results meet code requirements well,and seismic performance of the whole structure and key members achieve the desired goal. The building has a good seismic performance while it satisfies the architectural function and economy.
