摘要
目的:对腹部手术住院病人不同阶段健康教育的需求进行调查,为病人实施个体化、全程、优质的健康教育提供理论依据。方法:2014年7~9月对某三甲医院肝胆胰外科和胆道外科492例腹部手术病人的术前、术后和出院健康教育需求进行调查。结果:腹部手术病人在不同阶段有不同的健康教育需求,且需求程度较高。结论:在进行科学有序的健康教育活动前,应充分评估病人的健康教育需求,再分层次、分阶段实施个体化的健康教育,取得病人配合,方有可能获得更好的手术治疗效果。
Objective: To survey the different stages of health education demand of the patients undergoing the abdominal operation in order to provide the theoretical foundation for the implementation of individual,whole- process and excellent health education for the patients. Methods: Selected 492 cases of inpatients who had undergone the abdominal operation in the liver gallbladder pancreas surgery department and biliary tract surgery department of a Grade-3 Class- A hospital from July to September 2014 and made investigation of their health education demand before the operation,after the operation and after discharge from the hospital respectively. Results: The inpatient has different health education demands varying by different stages and the degree of demand was relatively high. Conclusion: Before the implementation of the scientific and well- orderly health education,the health education demand of the patients should be sufficiently evaluated and the individual health education should be carried out by orderly levels and stages. Only by gaining the cooperation from the patients can the better operation curative effect be achieved.
