摘要
随着生瓷带打孔机冲孔速度快速提升和打孔数量急剧增加,不可避免地会引起打孔质量缺陷问题,离线检测会导致生瓷带精度变差、效率低和可靠性不高等问题。介绍了如何在生瓷带打孔机上实现在线检测功能,对比了面阵和线阵两种扫描方案。通过分析影响在线检测的主要因素,从图像失真处理、图像与机器坐标转换和线扫描控制技术等方面进行研究。通过工艺验证,提高了生瓷带上打孔质量的可靠性和检测效率,减小了孔位置精度变化。
With the increase of the punching speed and punching quantity, will inevitably cause punching quality defects. The off-line inspection method has limit, it will result in low reliability, reducing the efficiency of the punching machine and so on. Introduce how to achieve on-line inspection on punching machine for ceramic green sheet. Compare the area array and line array scan methods. Analyze the main factors that affect the quality of the on-line inspection from image distortion processing, coordinate transform, and line-scan controlling technology. Through the process validation, improve the quality, reliability and inspection efficiency of punching holes on ceramic green sheet; reduce position precision change of the hole.
